Yes, you can receive local and international bank payments into your Neat Business account.
Each customer gets their own dedicated payment instructions and SWIFT to receive (international) payments. You can receive payments in one of the base currencies (HKD, USD, EUR & GBP), as well as other currencies, which will be converted to one of the base currencies.

There are a few jurisdictions that Neat can’t receive transfers from, which you can find here: restricted countries list
You can receive incoming transfers from any other country in your HKD and USD accounts! For your GBP and EUR accounts, you can receive money from any country in the SEPA region that is not on our restricted countries list.
Please note you cannot receive cheques or cash top-ups into your Neat Account. In the event that a cheque is accepted, funds will be returned to the sender (the entire refund process may take up to several weeks).
IMPORTANT: Bank code, branch code & account number
In Hong Kong, bank payments require a bank code, branch code & account number. However, confusingly, different banks use different formatting in their online banking systems.
• If an online banking site specifically asks for a branch code, you can split up the branch code and account number.
• If no branch code is asked for in the account number field, simply input the branch code followed by the account number as one joint number.
