Simply block the card as soon as possible through the Neat App by clicking the “Disable Card" button in your Neat App Profile.

If you locate your card again, simply unblock the card by tapping the button again.


To order a replacement card*, please contact us at: support@neat.hk. It will take around 1 week for your replacement card to arrive at a Hong Kong address. Shipping times vary for other destinations.


*Please note there is a charge of HK$50 for a Neat Personal Card replacement.
